What will you learn?

(Online Contentcreator) In the AD Online Content Creator program, you learn all aspects of digital content production for social media, websites and online platforms. You develop skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, copywriting and social media marketing. The program combines creative subjects like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) with strategic subjects like content marketing, SEO and data analysis. You also learn about influencer marketing, storytelling and brand strategy. What makes this AD unique compared to a full bachelor's degree is the strong focus on hands-on practice and direct applicability in the rapidly changing online world. From day one, you work on real assignments for companies and build an extensive portfolio. Internship experiences at marketing agencies, webshops or as a freelancer are essential parts of the program. This program is perfect for creative people who are digitally strong, have a natural feel for social media and want to quickly enter the dynamic content market.

Required Education

For admission to the AD Online Content Creator program, you need at least an MBO-4 diploma in a relevant field such as Media Design, Marketing & Communication or ICT, or a HAVO diploma. The HAVO profile Culture & Society (C&M) fits best because you will have taken subjects like art, cultural sciences and social sciences that directly connect to content creation and marketing. Economics & Society (E&M) is also suitable because of the marketing and business economics foundation. Subjects like Dutch (for strong writing skills), English (international online marketing) and art subjects are very relevant for this program. Some schools require a motivation letter and portfolio with examples of your creative work. A 21+ test is possible for people without suitable prior education but with relevant work experience in marketing, communication or creative sectors.
